Join me for Leading Instructional Excellence - a focused, practical two-day program designed to help school leaders strengthen teaching and learning across their school.
Across our time together, I’ll guide you through the core principles of how students learn, what effective explicit teaching looks like, and the leadership actions that make these practices stick. You’ll learn how to support teachers to plan coherent curriculum, build strong routines, and create the conditions where great instruction can thrive.
We’ll draw on real Victorian case studies, proven implementation strategies, and the VTLM 2.0 framework to keep our work practical and relevant to every school context—large, small, metropolitan, regional or specialist.
